Summer was absolutely incredible in the purchase of our first home. We bought a spec home and went under contract in January 2022 and and closed in May 2022. From the house showings in the beginning through closing and beyond, Summer was a rockstar. She is extremely knowledgeable about the housing market, and was sincere in giving us her honest opinion about the homes we viewed with no pressure at all. Once we went under contract, Summer navigated the entire process with our builder. She was there for all inspections and meetings all the way up through the blue tape walk-through and always had well-thought out questions that we may not have even considered. With our rate lock expiration nearing and the house not yet complete, Summer really took things into overdrive and was in constant communication with our builder, offering suggestions and solutions to make sure that we closed on time. Summer was a huge reason we were able to close by the last day of our rate lock and we cannot thank her enough for everything she did throughout the process.
